  This is the second time I've purchased a car wash and the second time it hasn't worked. The employee had to come out and enter in a code and I had to re drive thru. Not only did the wash not initially work....but the employee pushed in my side mirror without asking. The mirror was broken prior and doesn't have the ability to be pushed in. Well, he pushed it in and now my mirror is broken..it won't move from the pushed in position. Not only is my mirror broken again, the car wash itself barely works. No pressure. My car was just as dirty coming out of it as it went in. After speaking with the emoloyee, he said that nobody had complained about the wash before. And then I politely let him know it wasn't a good idea to touch people's cars because he broke my mirror. He stated it needed to be pushed in. He asked Why hadn't I done that? I stated that it was broken and didn't go in until now. And he broke it...so now it's stuck in. He didn't apologize. He did nothing to offer to make it right. Nothing. He just got angry with me. I had to give it one star as the option of no stars is not available. Not only do I still have a dirty car...I have a driver's side mirror that I cannot use and will have to get fixed. Terrible.
